Investing in our people

In an industry where the knowledge and skills of our staff is the source of our power and ability to help clients achieve their aims, we are delighted to have again successfully passed the Investors in People review.

Investors in People is the UK's leading accreditation for business improvement through people management, and provides a wealth of resources for businesses to innovate, improve and grow, with a focus on good people making great business.

As Tina Calvert, Business Development Director at Peplows commented, "Our retention of this Standard demonstrates our long term commitment to the training and development of our people which encourages innovation and ensures a better quality of service for our clients".

Why are accreditations important?

Accreditations provide vital reassurance and one of the most important in our sector is Chartered status.

Quite surprisingly ANYONE can hold themselves out to be an ACCOUNTANT.

People often assume their 'accountant' is appropriately qualified only to find out, when it is too late, that they are not qualified at all. This is because legally, unlike the majority of other professions, anyone can call themselves an 'accountant' without any training, qualifications or experience.

ICAEW Chartered Accountants are subject to rigorous external review and that is why appointing a Chartered Accountant means choosing the very best, up to date advice and peace of mind.
